Contents- Color bowl, Applicator brush, Tipping needle, Frosting cap, Processing cap, Powder bleach, 20V Developer, Gloves & Cape.
Instructions: - Brush out hair until all knots are out. - Put on haighlight cap. - Pull hair through cap with needle. - Brush hair again. - Mix developer with bleach until creamy - With applicator brush, apply to hair. - Put on processing cap. - Process 15-60 minutes. - Rinse bleach mixture from hair. - Remove highlight cap. - Shampoo & condition.
